Let's be perfectly clear. Axelrod called Karl Rove and the Koch brothers "contract killers". This wasn't a gaffe and could not be spun as a gaffe. Axelrod's comments were purposeful and intended. I can not remember a political operative ever calling opponents "killers" or "contract killers" in any context whatsoever. Axelrod has sunk below the surface of slimy and sleazy politics and established a new low in evil, vile and despicable behavior.
That's why he fits in so well with O and his team! BTW The face of evil? I love it.
