Do most Americans really favor "pro choice" abortion? Not according to Gallup polling.

By Rob Janicki

Now here's an interesting anomaly that most people are unaware of.  Conventional thinking is that a majority of Americans favor or support "pro choice" when it comes to abortion.  That seems to be revealed as a myth by the latest Gallup polling.

PRINCETON, NJ — When asked how they think most Americans feel about the abortion issue, 51% of U.S. adults say the public is mostly “pro-choice,” while 35% say “pro-life.” This general perception that the pro-choice viewpoint prevails contrasts with the nearly even division of Americans’ actual views. The same poll finds that 48% of Americans call themselves pro-life and 45% pro-choice...

Once again, liberal progressives continue to assert as fact, something that is not a fact, but rather a continuing myth that supports liberal progressive position points.  It's just one example of the Big Lie.  Say it loud enough and long enough and many people will actually begin to believe the claim as a fact.
