Reid Chooses Judge Judy to Defend Obama VS. GOP Boehner – You Chose Poorly

(We just can’t make this stuff up) As Americans, we understand that, although our system may be screwed up at times and with the best defense that money can buy, the guilty sometimes does walk free, we still have the best Judicial system in the world.   We’ve heard Obama, in his egomaniacal base-pandering taunt the GOP and tell them to “sue him, impeach him” for “doing his job.”  Ironically, I sit here and ponder; trying to figure out what “job” he believes he accepted.  Now Harry “Weasel” Reid believes that he can not only read Judge Judy’s mind but that she would throw out Boehnner’s  “sham” of a lawsuit in “half a second.”

Monday on the Senate floor, Majority leader Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) said television star Judge Judy would throw out "in half a second" the "sham" lawsuit against President Barack Obama's excessive use of executive actions to rewrite the Affordable Care Act law.

This is why Obama will never be impeached or held accountable for his actions, while the DNC Asses hold the keys to the Senate and Weasel Reid is in charge.  What is the point of the GOP starting the process, when there is no support in the Senate to finish the process with affirmative action?  Yet, this occupying resident continues to blame the GOP and wants them to “do their job” and “get something done” when the “road block” and the “bump in the road” is really his emotional terrorist group of thugs, the DemonRat Asses.

House Speaker John Boehner's (R-OH) lawsuit is going after Obama's most egregious example of using an executive action to rewrite a law. The suit specially targets Obama's delay of the ObamaCare employer mandate until January 2016. The mandate legally requires employers with more than 50 full-time workers to either offer health insurance or pay a penalty. Read more at Breitbart

Executive Orders were not created to be a band aid “fix” for  an Authoritarian Dictator, to fix laws he didn’t care for,  or create laws that he wanted to see created, as this dictator has used them. This is the best “layman’s” terms description of Executive Order that I’ve come across:

There is no such power granted to the president by the Constitution, and executive orders are not a way for the president to get around the Constitution. Executive orders were not established for that purpose. Executive orders are to take care of emergencies during times when Congress is not in session.


That's one of many examples for their usage, but the executive order does not contain the power to violate the Constitution. The executive order does not give the president the authority to say, "I don't like the Second Amendment, and I'm going to write a law that supersedes it." No president has ever had that power. No president today has that power. Barack Obama doesn't have it. If he acts in such a way, he is in violation of the Constitution. The Constitution is what holds this country together. The Constitution is what defines this country.

 

There isn't enough knowledge, nor is there enough respect, for the Constitution in our country today, which is why I'm trying to help a little bit here. Nineteen executive orders to deal with something they are not permitted to deal with, in a way they're not permitted to do it. But if nobody is willing to stand up and oppose the president and this usurpation of power -- which does not exist and which he does not have -- then, of course, he will get away with it. But I just want you to know this. I want those of you in the low-information voter community to know that executive orders do not exist so that the president can break the law. They do not exist so the president can change the law. That is not why they exist.

Obama WROTE New Law for Obamacare, by changing the timelines and then again by changing the statutes via Executive fiat numerous times and by who’s authority? If that’s “doing his job,” again I ask you, what job description was he looking at and what job did he accept? I won’t even go into the IRS, his unsanctioned Libyan War or the release of the Taliban Five for a Deserter, also without notifying Congress.  I don’t recall America posting a job for Emperor or King, but God knows we have one, and he thinks he’s an untouchable god.

Obama said that Congress can go ahead and "sue and Impeach" him for "doing his job", because our egomaniacal Emperor truly believes that he's a "man of the people,"  that empathizes with "the hurts of us little people" and doesn't abuse his "powers" or the "oath of office." 

We all understand that, since there are no immigration papers for our Muslim Kenyan King, and he has yet to supply a real birth certificate, he's obviously an illegal alien from Kenya, Africa or a liberal planet that we've yet to identify.   If Obama doesn't abuse his power, why is he cutting ahead of the line, like he did immigration, for Franklin BBQ; Austin, TX's premier BBQ, known for its excessively long wait time?


“I feel real bad, but – I’m gonna cut,” Obama told patrons.  According to owner Aaron Franklin, Obama was probably the first person to ever cut the line.
Ironic, he won't cut the National Debt, the real unemployment rate (12.1-12.4%), or even take half the time to create a balanced budget.

After his speech in Austin, TX yesterday, President Barack Obama decided to hop on over to Franklin BBQ, a barbecue pit widely regarded by many as the best in Texas (and perhaps America). But the thing with Franklin BBQ is that their wait is long — as in, sometimes it takes five hours to get into the restaurant — and Obama got to skip it, because he’s the president and he can do that.

But the line is sacred: no one ever ever cuts, ever, and Eater Austin points out that even food demigod Anthony Bourdain waited three hours to get in when he taped his show there.

However, does anyone out there remember the "most expensive haircut in history" and what a stink that caused.  I only bring it up to prove this isn't necessarily a "black" thang.  How could you forget the haircut that shut down LAX's International Airport's four runways for nearly an hour, while Air Force One sat on the tarmac, engines running, so then president Clinton could get his hair cut? Oh my word, how people had a fit; granted, it wasn't just inconsiderate, but it was excessive at it's very core. Yet, we'll watch Obama get a pass? Oh, it's because he's 1/2 black, and blacks are held to a lower standard than white people, because holding them to the same standard, now that would be racist, right?

Oh, this is Rich.  Yesterday, while Obama was in Texas, not visiting the border but raising money, for whomever, he just "let it rip," in front of his throng of Obamazombies.  Not only did he blame the Republicans for "not doing their job", but he put the onus back on them, after he acknowledged that he hears the cries of the people for his impeachment and he actually lied and flippantly said, "for what, doing my job?"

Do what? He really just said he's "had the lowest rate of Executive Orders," than any President in 100 years"? 

Oh, my Gawd, throw the BS flag; Just because you say something, doesn't make it so. Well that's just not true, according to the National Archives, From 2009 to Present you've used your "phone and pen" and have written 174 and George Bush signed 165 between (1988-1992) while Jr, having served two full terms, George W Bush did sign 290 (2001-2008) - and at your current rate, you're already well on your way to beating his record now Mr. Obama - but take a look at Bush's EOs:

African Union, Immigration, Air Traffic Organization, Aeronautics Research, Arts and Humanities, etc., such lawlessness, such horrific breaches of power

Executive orders are supposed to support the laws that already exist and direct Federal Agencies, not create, circumvent the Constitution or change laws at will. This is the difference between past Presidents and the Empiric president that we now  have before us and what he has done with his power, "phone and pen", i.e. release of the Gitmo Five and the "law of the land" and tax, Obamacare

For months, Democratic polling has shown that when Obama says “Congress,” people hear “Republicans.” Thursday, he made that explicit, saying that while Democrats in Congress aren’t perfect, he believed Americans knew it was Republicans who weren’t on their side.

He seriously quotes Departed, "who are you, I'm the guy doing my job, you must be the other guy."

"Let's Team Up."  What a novel idea, God knows, the only people you've gone "across the aisle" for are terrorists.  I love how he suddenly wants to get immigration passed, because when he had control of both the House and the Senate, we never heard word one about our "broken immigration" reform, and he only wants to "team up" on issues that he wants.  He won't even come to the table to discuss Healthcare reform-replacing his diseased Obummercare, IRS, or Benghazi. 

I cannot believe the ego of this man.  Kenyan King George isn't worried about running this country, or concerned about the welfare of her people, as was blatantly obvious in the release of the five most dangerous men at Gitmo, and since he knows that he can't run again, he doesn't give a hairy flip what he does or what he says.  He's just "letting it rip."

By his actions here, King George is quite aware that he'll never be held accountable for his actions, no matter what. Unbelievable. When the GOP regains control of both the House and the Senate, we need to put the fear back into this King, by reminding him of the fighting spirit which resides within each Patriotic, Red-Blooded American.

Surely the DNC brain farted or had a momentary lapse in liberal logic, when they asked Texas Governor Rick Perry to meet Obama at the tarmac for a photo-op to briefly discuss the thousands of abandoned children that have been dumped off and left in his state, for Governor Perry to deal with.  Remember those children, some gang affiliated and TB diseased kids that even Obama won't summon up enough humanitarian good-will to acknowledge their existence with a visit, while in Texas?

Don’t call him Chris Christie.

Republican Texas Gov. Rick Perry refused to greet President Barack Obama at a tarmac photo-op this week, and instead challenged Obama to hold a “substantive meeting” with him to discuss the illegal immigration crisis currently engulfing states along the U.S.-Mexico border.

The White House requested that Perry meet Obama on the tarmac Wednesday as he gets off Air Force One on his way to Democratic fundraisers in Texas, which could have created another tableau like the “Chris Christie hug” during Superstorm Sandy, which helped Obama in the 2012 election. But Perry wasn’t having it.

“I appreciate the offer to greet you at Austin-Bergstrom Airport, but a quick handshake on the tarmac will not allow for a thoughtful discussion regarding the humanitarian and national security crises enveloping the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas,” Perry wrote to Obama in a letter Monday. “I would instead offer to meet with you at any time during your visit to Texas for a substantive meeting to discuss this critical issue.”

Is this the kind of move that liberal media types will pounce on, letting them drone on about supposedly irrational Republican hatred of the president? Yes. Was it also the right decision on Perry’s part? Absolutely.

Whether blocking Obamacare’s Medicaid expansion in his state or proudly luring companies away from high-tax California to settle in Texas, Perry has been a consistent thorn in the side of Obama and national Democrats during the president’s second term. Perry’s refusal to play along with a cute bipartisan White House photo op — in which an effective Republican governor would have had to greet an ineffective globe-trotting Democratic president like some kind of emasculated butler — at least showed some cojones.

Perry’s refusal was a quick denunciation of the media-savvy way that Obama governs. Why should the governor of one of our largest and most important states have to play along with a president that blamed an al-Qaida attack on a YouTube video or joked about Obamacare’s damage to American citizens on a lame Internet comedy show? Why should Rick Perry have to play his part in Obama’s running cult of personality?

Christie could have at least blamed his moment of indignity on a need to get federal funding for his state by playing politics (he didn’t, instead perpetuating the falsehood that Obama was doing a “good job” during the storm). But Perry doesn’t need to play that game. Perry needs to manage Obama’s current crisis at the border, where our president is intentionally losing James Polk’s war of 1846-1848 (even after, as Dinesh D’Souza notes, we gave them back half the land we won in that war).

And has Obama really done anything to foster the kind of political environment in which bipartisan photo-ops can still take place in a non-ironic fashion? The mainstream media likes to pretend that we still live in a country where the president is the president and the other party should just smile wide and photo-bomb White House selfies to show that there’s no hard feelings.

 

But the media didn’t report the truth about how Obama’s Internal Revenue Service audited, harassed and marginalized conservatives across the country simply for practicing their right to political speech. The media didn’t report the truth about the Obama administration’s systematic abuse of our veterans or intimidation tactics at the Department of Justice. Even in the earliest days of this administration, the media didn’t report the truth about how the White House was telling Americans to report on their anti-Obamacare neighbors and send secret reports on their fellow citizens to flag@whitehouse.gov. No dice, Governor Perry is a Godly man of his word, and a die-hard Conservative.  He can see through Obama's facade and isn't enamored with his BS, so he wasn't about to pull a Chris Christy, switch sides, and go all lovey-dovey on Obama, let alone go fake long enough to shake his hand, as a liberal would do to further their agenda or station.  I can almost hear it now, "I respectfully refuse to acquiesce to your request."  


Of course Obama doesn't want to take advantage of an Illegal-border-hopper photo-op, especially on the heels of saying, "the US has Always been a Nation of Immigrants," because under Obama, we've become a Nation of Illegal Immigrants. Our Country was founded on immigrants that came over legally, we have the records, in books and on archive lists at Ellis Island, that prove this fact, and there is no way Obama will take Gov. Perry up on his challenge for a meaningful conversation about this growing health and economic problem parked in Gov. Perry's back yard, because he is responsible for it.

South Dakota Republican Party Passes Resolution for Impeachment of President Obama

Every day, I hear the cries getting louder, almost like the village cries during Dr. Frankenstein’s day, but instead of “Kill the Monster” the villagers are crying out, behind their torches and pitchforks, “Impeach Obama.” Be careful what you wish for, it’s not as easy as one would think and you may get part of what you wish for, but not reach the finish line.

South Dakota Republican Party has called for the Impeachment of Obama, and has passed a resolution, at its state convention Saturday, calling for the impeachment of President Barack Obama (title).   

In the Resolution it states that he has violated his oath of office with the release of the five Taliban combatants in the trade for captive Bowe Berghdal as well as the statement “if you like your insurance.”  It also cites the recent Environmental Protection Agency regulations on power plants. 

It calls on the state’s U.S. Representatives to start the impeachment process against the president and the delegates voted in favor of the resolution 191-176.  However, it’s the Democrats within this very party that turned down the resolution that make my point, why timing is everything, and why the process will begin in the House but fail in the Senate.

The South Dakota Democratic Party released several statements, challenging the State's Republican leaders to turn down the resolution.

Zach Crago, Executive Director of the South Dakota Democratic Party, expressed astonishment that the South Dakota Republican Party had passed a resolution calling for the impeachment of President Obama, and called on U.S. Senate Candidate Mike Rounds to state whether he was in support of the resolution or not:


"It says in the United States Constitution that impeachment would be used only for 'treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.' I believe that Mike Rounds should come clean with South Dakotans on whether he supports his party's resolution and, if so, specifically which 'high crime or misdemeanor' that the President has committed," said Crago.
South Dakota Democratic Party Chain Deb Knecht called on Congresswoman Kristi Noem and Senator John Thune to reject the resolution passed by the South Dakota Republican Party at their state convention to impeach President Barack Obama. 

"The South Dakota Republican Party has had many opportunities to put working families and the middle class first, but instead they want to impeach the President. Make no mistake - tea party politics have taken over the SDGOP. Let's be clear: out of touch tea party politics aren't going to create good jobs, protect the middle class or grow the economy," said Deb Knecht.

The question isn’t IF Obama has acted more like an Emperor than a President. We’ve all watch him neglect his sworn and solemn vow to “protect us from all enemies foreign and domestic” by releasing five of the most dangerous men in the world.  Even the liberals have witnessed him frolic and dance around the confines of the Constitution rather than living within the lines of it, not to mention he’s made a hobby of using our laws, rewriting them or just breaking them at will; Fast and Furious, IRS, Benghazi, Obamacare, Libya, etc.

However, just admitting the facts isn’t the problem, the problem comes into play, would the arguments in the Impeachment trial be persuasive enough to convince enough DemonRATS to come to the light side and right side and vote for his impeachment and would he be devious enough to do something drastic, as Clinton did, to keep from being evicted from office? The sad fact is, we can't even repeal Obamacare, let alone Impeach a lame duck President, that is ruining our Country.

You see, just to say, “Impeach Obama” isn't enough, there are standards and a process by

which we must play.  My only fear is, we start this process of impeachment, I know at this point, we don’t have the ¾ votes in the Senate to impeach him, just as Clinton wasn't fully impeached – remember why? He bombed Iraq, because, “Sadam has WMD and must not be allowed to threaten his neighbors, and Sadam will no longer allow UN investigators in”.  


What? You thought it was all Bush’s fault, not the Democrat’s fault?  I bet you really think the economic crash was Bush’s fault too and not Clinton’s fault. Silly little spoon-fed lemmings.

On Wednesday morning Naked DC reported: We found out, a couple of days ago, that Barack Obama has what could be considered a case of “Presidential Senioritis”  . . .  and he’s hell bent on spending the rest of his second term improving his golf game, dining with celebrities and working on his post-Presidential body so that he can retain his status as political sex symbol well into his guest tenure at the University of Hawaii.

He’s taking at least the last one very seriously, which we know thanks to an intrepid reporter who was lucky enough to park himself next to an iron-pumping President in a Warsaw Marriott gym. Someone bets you don’t even lift, bro. . . The full workout took approximately 30 minutes, because it was clearly arm day, and also involved a few short minutes on the elliptical. The President then returned to his suite and the photos returned to the Internet where they belonged.
