"Lie"awatha Warren Attacks Republicans and Hobby Lobby Decision

Since when did Republicans wage a war on birth control? The war on women and the right to free birth control was birthed by progressives. The conservative viewpoint has always been that we don't have the right to insist others pay for our needs.

Obamacare saw to it that women receive free birth control via their employers. This hasn't changed with the SCOTUS Hobby Lobby decision. Women have in no way been denied access to purchasing birth control.

However, that inconvenient fact didn't stop Elizabeth Warren from taking the stump last week claiming the SCOTUS decision was about denying women birth control and vowing to overturn the decision over Hobby Lobby's right to invoke religious freedom and not provide four birth control drugs that the business and its owners consider abortion inducing.

Notice how Warren claims this decision was about businesses denying female employees access to birth control. Also notice that not once does she acknowledge Hobby Lobby provides 16 forms of birth control to its employees.

Dancing with Lies (Elizabeth Warren) Courts Latino Voters

“Across this country, Latino families were robbed by people wearing white shirts and big smiles while regulators looked the other way,” Warren recalled of the foreclosure crisis. “The game is rigged and it’s not right … the way I see it is that we can whine about it, we can whimper about, or we can fight back.“ “That’s why I’m here,” Warren said.

Unlike Hillary Clinton who continues to see sluggish book sales while touring the country raking in on average 200K per speech, which has netted her $5 million for her speeches and appearances in the last 15 months, Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) is speaking for free. The blonde-haired, faux Indian may not be commanding large speaking fees and padding her bank account, but make no mistake about it. She is rapidly emerging as the progressive sweetheart of the Democratic party.

Warren is wasting no time courting the voters who offer renewed hope to a 2016 presidential win for Democrats: Latinos. The progressive Democrat tailored her signature message of railing against corporate lobbyist and big banks to match the crowd gathered for the National Council of La Raza (NCLR) Sunday. They didn’t want to hear a grandiose speech about what Washington is getting right — they wanted relief from the everyday strains on their pocketbooks: from student loans to predatory lending; low-paying jobs to foreclosure.

Many say Warren will have a battle toppling Clinton from the top of a 2016 Democratic ticket, but a former Obama campaign staffer has already launched Ready for Warren encouraging the freshman senator to run. The group even released an indie music video urging the Democrat to “Run Liz, Run.”  The song is rather lame but still is a good indication of the mindset of Progressives preparing for a 2016 battle amid the disaster their last champion has created. And other than being a fake Indian, Warren, so far, is relatively scandal-free. Bonus!

Elizabeth Warren revisited: Economically dumber than dumb all the way to stupid

Okay, I simply played off and expanded the caption line from the article, "Elizabeth Warren's Economic Stupidity". by Robert Tracinski in Real Clear Markets.

This article interested me on two levels.  First, I think Elizabeth Warren is overrated far beyond what questionable academic abilities she may possess or think she possesses.  Second, the liberal progressive false argument for increasing the minimum wage has always interested me ever since I learned how economically absurd it is.

Enter Elizabeth Warren.

The problem with a reductio ad absurdum argument is that sometimes your opponent accepts the absurdity and just runs with it... 

And here's Warren running with the absurd.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Massachusetts Democrat, suggested raising the minimum wage to $22 per hour is only logical if you look at the numbers...

Warren's argument fails when the concept is extrapolated out.  Why stop with $22 per hour?  If $22 per hour is far more preferable than the current $7.75 per hour, why not make it $30, $40 or $50 per hour?  Wouldn't that put every worker smack dab right up there in the middle class and eliminate poverty once and for all time?  Not likely since no employer would hire someone with no work skills at those hourly rates.  At those rates employers would invest in more mechanical means to achieve the desired work productivity, thus cutting out unskilled labor from earning any wage.  That's why unemployment is so high among 16 to 25 year old unskilled youth looking for work.

The issue here isn't native intelligence; it's irrationality. The Warrens and Marxes and Kants follow stupid ideas to their absurd extremes because they are committed to maintaining a belief in a fixed idea regardless of evidence. Kant wanted "to deny reason in order to make room for faith." Marx wanted to smear Europe's rising new capitalists as parasites and exploiters. In Elizabeth Warren's case, she is just following up on her resentful rant about how entrepreneurs "didn't build that." She already gave us fair warning that she wants to ignore the productivity-enhancing investments of the capitalists and entrepreneurs and attribute the entire product of their effort to the hapless "little guy" (and his government champions). Her absurd pronouncement about a $22 minimum wage is the logical result...

Warren's thinking process is the same as Obama's.  They both have staked a claim on absurd and completely mistaken concepts of economics and are determined to craft an outcome that is impossible to achieve in reality, just like Marx and Kant.  And, like Marx and Kant, the only way this is possible on any level is through a totalitarian socialist government completely commanding and controlling the economy.  It's never worked in the history of the world and it has no chance of changing that fact going forward, despite the chronic argument of liberals, that all they need is the right people to control and command the economy.  It certainly won't be from Obama, who admitted his math knowledge stopped at Algebra, which he never mastered.

Fauxcahontas Fakes Out Massachusetts Voters

I'm going to let everyone else write about the Tuesday tragedy.  It's still too bitter a pill to swallow with no chaser back.

In order to help myself move on I have chosen my favorite Boston Herald columnist, Howie Carr, who will wax eloquently on a somewhat smaller tragedy in Massachusetts.  I'm talking about the defeat of U.S. Senator, Scott Brown, by the Cherokee Indian Chief, Squatting Liar, aka Lizzie Warren, aka Fauxcahontas.  Howie's write up will take your mind off Tuesday night for a couple of minutes.

It first must be remembered that Brown was serving out the last two years of the late Lion of the Senate, Senator Ted Kennedy's term.  Brown defeated Martha Coakley in what was expected to be a cake walk for her since she was a liberal in arguably the most liberal state in America, although some Californians might take exception to that claim.  It should also be remembered that Brown was about as liberal a Republican as someone could be and still call himself a Republican.  Fast forward to the Brown/Warren match up.

Scott Brown never had a chance.

It’s amazing. This guy is probably the best retail politician in the state. He worked his way up the greasy pole, from assessor to selectman to state rep to state senator to U.S. senator.

“He’s for us,” his yard signs said. They might as well have said, “He’s one of us.”

But all of it counted for nothing. He couldn’t beat “the machine.”...

And the Boston Machine is one formidable political organization going back as far as anyone can remember.

...“Anything is possible,” Brown was saying last night in his concession speech, “there are no obstacles you can’t overcome, and defeat is only temporary.”

Unless you’re a Republican in Massachusetts.

Scott Brown may be the last Republican to win a statewide fight in Massachusetts for a very long time. He caught the machine flat-footed in January 2010 when he out-hustled Martha Coakley and stole the Senate seat Ted Kennedy held all those years...

By the way, Brown didn't just beat Coakley, he beat her down badly.  If it was a boxing match it would have been Brown by a TKO in the first round.  Coakley never saw it coming.

...And since then, the Democrats haven’t lost a single statewide fight.

Despite his upbeat concession, Brown hated losing to the fake Indian. In most states, she would have been toast once it was discovered that she’d claimed, without a scintilla of evidence, that she was one-32nd Cherokee.

For the first 37 years of her life, she was white, and going nowhere. Then she decided to begin checking the box, and within nine years she’d scored two Ivy League law professorships. And then she became white again — “Okie to her toes,” as she put it.

Phony to her toes is more like it...

Fast forward to last Friday.

...“She’s not from here,” Brown moaned last Friday from his “Victory Bus.”

She thought western Massachusetts had a seacoast. She didn’t think she had to register as a lawyer. She demanded higher taxes on everyone, but refused to pay herself at the state’s voluntary higher rate. She said she owned no stocks, only “mutual funds.” She bragged that she’d provided the “intellectual foundations” of the wretched Occupy movement...

Now those are some interesting qualifications to become a U.S. Senator: No elected experience at any level of government.  That's it.  Brown did his best to let the voters that Warren wasn't of them.

...And nothing stuck. Being a Democrat means never having to say you’re sorry.

The Washington Democrats raised $40 million for her, and put the unions at her beck and call. Teamsters Local 25 was once named in a presidential report on organized crime as pretty much a wholly owned subsidiary of the Winter Hill Gang. This year Local 25 had a large canvas sign on its wall in Charlestown endorsing Elizabeth Warren.

What does Brown do next? Probably run for governor in 2014. Who knows, maybe he’s got a chance.

“I’m going to sleep very very, very well tonight,” he said. And so will the state Republican Party. For a very, very, very long time...

Brown may be the only face of the Massachusetts Republican Party and he's about to leave public office on January 20, 2013.

Scott Brown just doing what a guy has to do in Massachusetts, prostituting himself for votes

Some days when you're a Republican running to retain the U. S. Senate seat you are currently holding in Massachusetts, you have to prostitute yourself on the street like a call girl fallen on hard times, having to hook among the masses.  That's where we find Scott Brown in a last ditch effort before next Tuesday's election.

A high-stakes duel for the affections of Massachusetts’ senior senator broke out yesterday as Republican U.S. Sen. Scott Brown lavished praise on colleague John F. Kerry even as Kerry belatedly stepped up his plans to campaign for Brown’s Democratic challenger...

Here come the solicitous and gratuitous comments from Brown on John "Call me Lurch" Kerry, senior Senator from Massachusetts.

...“I consider John a friend,” Brown said in an interview with the Herald inside his newly minted campaign bus. “He’s a good man, and I have a lot of respect for him.”...

That's just the lead in.  Here's the kind of stuff that would gag a maggot, if a maggot were inclined to follow politics.

...Brown repeated his belief that Kerry “would make a great secretary of state” and called his work on a new nuclear-arms treaty with Russia “phenomenal.”...

This is just one act short of giving Kerry a big wet kiss.  It seems maybe Kerry might be flattered with this kind of attention and here's why.

...Kerry has endorsed Elizabeth Warren but to date has not been seen much on the campaign trail for Brown’s rival, even though he remains one of the most popular Democrats in the state.

Aides said Kerry will be stumping for Warren on Monday and Tuesday as well as making phone calls, but his lack of a presence has been notable in a race where Brown is furiously trying to court Democratic votes...

Could Kerry be playing both sides of the street here?  Do bears shit in the woods?  You better believe that Kerry has positioned himself politically to ally himself with whomever wins on next Tuesday.  That's what politicians do.  They hedge their bets without sticking out their political necks.  No wonder most people think so little of politicians.

AP beats the war drum for Cherokee Chief, Full of Bull, aka Lizzie Warren

I am posting this Boston Herald article to illustrate, what I believe to be is, the bias of the Associated Press when reporting on the U.S. Senate race in Massachusetts.

A new poll is giving an edge to Democratic challenger Elizabeth Warren in the state’s volatile U.S. Senate race.

The Suffolk University and WHDH-TV poll released Tuesday shows Warren favored by 53 percent of likely general election voters compared with 46 percent for Brown. That’s outside the poll’s margin of error of plus or minus four percentage points.

The survey of 600 likely Massachusetts general election voters was conducted Oct. 25-28...

Now, let's contrast that with a Boston Globe poll released on Monday, bearing in mind that the Globe is a liberal newspaper owned and essentially managed by the New York Times.

...On Monday The Boston Globe released a poll showing Brown and Warren in a dead heat. That poll showed each candidate receiving the support of 47 percent of those polled, including voters who are undecided but said which candidate they are leaning toward. Among the poll’s likely voters Brown received 45 percent compared with 43 percent for Warren, well within the poll’s margin of error...

Two polls with essentially different results.  The Globe poll, in my opinion, reflects reality a lot closer than the Suffolk University poll.  The AP bias is subtle, but remember what the lede was for the AP article.  Warren holds edge in Mass. U. S. Senate race."

Lost in the cobwebs of her mind, Fauxcahantos joins her acolytes

This posting will be drawing from the work of Howie Carr of the Boston Herald , an erasable curmudgeon of a journalist who is both witty, sardonic and when needed, downright sarcastic in describing politicians and their less than altruistic means to achieving their own personal enriching ends.  In other words, he epitomizes everything I admire in a political writer.

In Elizabeth Warren's land of make believe, she apparently lost her way among her moonbat followers in the latest debate with Scott Brown.  Witness Howie Carr's perceptions of the latest episode of Fauxcahontas versus the Hunk.

The only difference between last night’s debate and the first two was the audience. There were more moonbats. They come with the territory — public television. It’s getting to the point where most viewers can come up with the responses before the candidates get their rebuttal time...

it gets better.

...Granny last night dusted off a new favorite word — investment. This can likely be attributed to the debating tips she got from Mike Dukakis — did he phone in from his tank? The Duke always loved the word “invest” in all its variations. Usually he was talking about investing in a “national model.”...

Pay attention.  The next paragraph should really get your attention.

...Talk about a dog whistle for hacks. They know what an investment is. It’s a tax on somebody who works to be given to somebody who doesn’t. It’s an investment “in the future.” Their future, not yours...

How many times have we heard The One talk about investing in America's future or the future of the middle class or some such nonsense eaten up by rabid liberal progressives?

...They don’t call the 413 area code “Happy Valley” for nothing, but despite its crunchy-granola, Vermont-y ambience, Granny still can’t seem to figure out exactly where she is. Remember, last spring she thought they had a seacoast. Last night she mentioned “out here in Massachusetts.”

Odd turn of phrase, like Obama landing in Hawaii and saying he liked returning to “Asia.” Scott Brown certainly picked up on it. In his next turn, he immediately said, “I’m from here.”...

You really have to wonder how anyone with an IQ above a German Shepard could listen to Elizabeth Warren and take her seriously as a candidate for the United States Senate.  Well, considering some of the morons already in the Senate, I suppose I am over estimating the intelligence of the average voter.  I apologize to all German Shepards.

...But the strangest thing Granny said was her reference to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as a “baby agency.” A baby agency? Its budget is already $550 million, 60 percent of its 958 employees make more than $100,000, and the director’s secretary makes $165,139 a year. If that’s a baby, it’s Rosemary’s baby.

How many times is she going to mention the economic plans that were graded by the Boston Globe, and guess what, she came out ahead of the Republican! Who’d-a thunk it?...

For those not familiar with the Boston Globe, think of it as the New York Times in miniature, since it is owned by the NYTimes and pretty much mirrors the Grey Lady in tone and liberal bias.

...You want some more stats from the Globe, Granny? On Sept. 30, you were five points ahead in a poll, and the Globe put it above the fold on page one, the lead story. Yesterday, Scott Brown was four points ahead in a poll, and the Globe used it as a news-in-brief item on page B2...

If you couldn't figure out the bias of the Globe and that they are in the bag for Warren, that last statement of fact from Howie Carr should prove the point.

...Give Granny credit though. She supports “nuanced approaches” and “clear objectives.” She also thinks we need to “get serious.”

Why didn’t Scott Brown think of that?...

Howie, you are my role model.  Live long and prosper.  And don't change a thing about your writing style.

Fauxchohantas admits to being heap big unlicensed practicing lawyer in Massachusetts

From the Washington Examiner comes this admission from Elizabeth Warren that she was never licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.  See our previous post on Warren's problem HERE.  Warren has now gone on the public record that she is not nor has she ever been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts despite the fact that she has actively engaged in the practice of law in Massachusetts.

[...] Elizabeth Warren, the Democratic candidate in a pivotal U.S. Senate race in Massachusetts, admitted Monday that she never was licensed to practice law in Massachusetts even though she was representing clients out of her faculty office at Harvard University for years. Warren, who already suffered setbacks in her effort to unseat Republican incumbent Sen. Scott Brown because of her claims of Native American heritage, said on a talk show on Boston's WTKK-FM that she had surrendered her law license in New Jersey but was never admitted to the bar in Massachusetts. [...]

Warren went on further to give details.

[...] "I've been inactive in the bar for a very, very long time," Warren said. Her license lapsed in New Jersey because she could not continue to attend the legal classes needed to maintain it, she said.The revelation raises questions about Warren's participation in several legal cases, including her representation of Travelers Insurance in an asbestos liability case that was finally decided by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2009. Warren was paid more than $200,000 in that case, the Boston Globe reported. [...]

This situation is going to rapidly become problematical for Warren on two fronts, which could present problems with voters, at a minimum, to a devastating blow to her campaign resulting in a loss of trust among voters.  This all remains to be seen in the coming days and weeks.  

First, the Massachusetts Bar has been put on public notice of Warren's admission that she has practiced law in Massachusetts without a Massachusetts license, while having no other current and valid license to practice law in any other state.  The Bar, on the complaint from virtually anyone, will be required to investigate any and all claims around the premise that Warren practiced law in Massachusetts without a license.  State Bar groups take a very dim view of this and Warren would be subject to any disciplinary actions of the Massachusetts Bar.

Second, Massachusetts law makes the practice of law in Massachusetts, without a Massachusetts license, a crime and subject to criminal penalties beyond any civil actions that could normally be brought by anyone who Warren might have represented or offered legal counsel on Massachusetts law.  Whether the Attorney General of Massachusetts will begin any investigation, immediate or otherwise, is yet unknown.  However, the AG will undoubtedly be pressed to respond to such charges as the press pushes for a response from the AG.

[...] Warren's press office did not respond to a request for comment from The Washington Examiner, but when Warren was asked by the radio hosts if she practiced law in Massachusetts, she said no.The news came on the day Brown, her GOP opponent, stepped up his attacks on Warren's credibility. [...]

This could rock Warren's credibility to its very core as it comes on the heels of her demonstrably false claims to have Native American ancestry.  The Brown campaign is trying demonstrate that Warren used that claim of minority status repeatedly in her various academic pursuits to gain an advantage in the hiring practice based upon Affirmative Action laws and regulations in place in the academic institutions at which she sought employment.

[...] "This could hurt her in a number of ways," said Todd Domke, a GOP strategist based near Boston. "It would fit into this pattern that Brown is drawing, that there are a lot of doubts about her character." [...]

The upside for Brown seems greater than any downside pressing this issue against Warren.  To date, Brown has exercised a very measured campaign against Warren, pushing just enough to score points with voters without appearing to bully Warren.  I see no reason to believe that Brown will do anything differently with this new revelation of Warren's suspect character. 

RE: Is Elizabeth Warren practicing law without a license?

This is going to be very big.  There is no way Warren is going to escape this scandal.  Warren cannot claim this is some clerical error.  As an attorney she is held to a higher standard to know the law and licensing requirements for attorneys.  The Code of Professional Responsibility in every state demands it and state law makes it a crime to practice in any state without a license in that state.  The only exception is practicing in federal court.  If an attorney is licensed in any state, they can practice in any federal court in the United States or any of its territories.

This is going to be something big, very big and very soon.  Elizabeth Warren apparently is not currently licensed to practice law in any state and she has never been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, from which she has maintained an active high profile law practice out of her Harvard Law School office.

I am not even going to cut and paste any relevant quotes.  The details from Legal Insurrection are absolutely awesome in their depth and breadth of the investigation into this block busting scandal.   Please use the above link to see William A. Jacobson's excellent research into this situation that will quickly escalate into a scandal of great importance in Warren's campaign to unseat U.S. Senator Scott Brown (R-MA).

It appears that Elizabeth Warren, in addition to being a serial liar on her biographical resume, may have indeed broken the law over a decade or more.  Practicing law in any state without a license from that state is a violation of the Code of Professional Conduct in every state and is a crime under state statutes.

Can Warren survive this scandal?  Will the Massachusetts Bar investigate this situation?  Will the Massachusetts Attorney General investigate this situation?  Will any legal charges ensue from these investigations?  Does Elizabeth Warren have enough clout to quash these potential investigations or at least delay them until after November 6?  All good questions.  The answers should be even more interesting.

Elizabeth Warren receives endorsement/help from Boston mayor Tom Menino

Tom Menino, Mayor of Boston, and almost as useless as a dead tree stump, is, in fact out stumping for our favorite fake Indian princess, Elizabeth Warren, ultra liberal Democrat, seeking to unseat incumbent Republican U. S. Senator Scott Brown.

[...] Some 48 hours before Tom Menino officially told Elizabeth Warren, “I’ve got your back,” he dispatched key members of his organization to speak with her folks.The result: Hundreds of people showed up in Roslindale Square on Friday afternoon, waving Warren signs and screaming their heads off. Hey, at least they got a cardio workout, so all was not for naught.  But, let's not forget Warren's opponent, Scott Brown, who was active also.

[...] Before a gaggle of media and a sprinkling of partisans, Scott received yet another blessing from Ray Flynn, our former mayor and Vatican ambassador, which I imagine will be recycled quickly into another 30-second TV spot.Like everybody else who walks Castle Island and munches on a Sully’s hot dog, I love Ray Flynn. And there’s no doubt in my mind that there was a time when Ray could have summoned an army to surround Scott Brown. [...]

Ray Flynn is an old school Democrat and for him to appear with Scott Brown is telling.  A lot of old school Democrats in Boston do not like ultra liberal Elizabeth Warren.  Will they turn on Warren?  We'll have to wait for the election on November 6, for a definitive answer.  In the meantime it should be pointed out that Brown has received several endorsements from these same old school Democrats.

Fauxcohantas loses first fight on points

The first of four debates between Senator Scott Brown (R-MA) and Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) is now history.  But, the fun's not over.  There are three more debates to come, which means that Howie Carr of the Boston Herald  will be writing about those three debates, much like he has done for the first debate.  For transparency purposes, I have to admit being a regular reader of Mr. Carr's columns.  He minces no words, holds back nothing and deflates political egos so deserving to be deflated.

[...] Round one to Scott Brown.  Granny Warren is described in one of her bios as a “legendary high school debater in Oklahoma.”  She’s not in high school anymore.

The kid (Scott Brown) from the poor side of town handled her (Fauxcahontas Warren) with ease, landing one blow after another. You could see how thin-skinned she really is. She’s not used to having anybody talk back to her.

Then he was pummeling her on the asbestos litigation, and her $225,000 payday, and on the $700,000 she and her husband make from Harvard, she seemed on the verge of losing it. But Scott didn’t go for the knockout — that never works in a debate for a guy. Just ask Rick Lazio. [...]

Brown really doesn't have to strike a knockout punch.  All he has to do is continue to attack the body....of her Ivy League elitist resume.

[...] My favorite line was when he said, “Can you imagine a Senate with 100 Professor Warrens?” I can’t imagine 100 Professor Warrens anywhere, except in a nightmare.

Sometimes, watching those aw-shucks TV spots, you forget how sharp Scott’s elbows can be. Like when she cited his vote against Elena Kagan for the Supreme Court — he cited Kagan’s almost total lack of experience outside academia. But before that, he hit her with a beautiful right cross: “I’m sorry I voted against your boss.”[...]

Warren and Kagan definitely do have something in common.  Very little real world experience, while steeped in academia.

[...] This woman has lived in Massachusetts for, what, 15 years. Surely she should have figured out by now that a lot of people here don’t like Harvard. Or the Globe. Too many phonies in both places, of which she is currently Exhibit A. [...]

I have yet to see Brown debate, but if this first debate is any indication of Brown's debating skills, I'll have to find this debate on YouTube.

[...] Some of the blows Brown landed were subtle, almost too quick for the judges to score. Like at the end when he mentioned her bragging about being the founder of the “radical” Occupy Wall Street movement.

Other times he would circle back around, as he did with the Indian question. She was prepared, as well as she could be, considering that everyone knows by now she’s a complete fraud who would still be nearing retirement in some tank town if she hadn’t decided to “check the box. [...] 

Are you getting a feeling that Warren is fighting out of her political weight class?

[...] Then he (Brown) brought up “the box” again, slamming her Johnny-one-note calls for higher taxes, while she won’t “check the box” to pay higher taxes herself.

Cherokees voice their disdain for Fauxcohantas

Reports indicate that Elizabeth Warren had a far less than stellar appearance before the DNC on Wednesday.  Here's a video produced by the Massachusetts Republican Party on the push back by members of the Cherokee Nation of Cherokee, NC.

Elizabeth Warren at the DNCC

Elizabeth Warren has simply ignored the gathered Native Americans at the DNC trying to sit down and talk with her over her claims of Native American status in the Oklahoma Cherokees.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Elizabeth Warren, scrambling to shift focus from her ongoing Cherokee scandal, dismissed demands from Native Americans who want her to explain her heritage claims in her first appearance at the Democratic National Convention this morning.

“I’ve answered those questions, what I’m here to talk about (is) what’s happening to America’s working class families,” said Warren, who had just completed brief appearances on the “Today Show” before the prime-time speech tomorrow.

Questions surrounding Warren’s American Indian heritage re-emerged after many members of a council of Democratic Native Americans — including the great-grandson of Geronimo — were outraged that Warren listed herself as a minority in a law school directory without any proof.

Warren ignored a follow-up question about whether she was refusing to meet with the group, who are loyal Democrats and come from across the country. She has continued to claim that her Cherokee roots are a part of her life due to stories her family told her, but she’s declined to speak further about the issue. [...]

Elizabeth Warren must have thought she could catch a break at the DNC convention from all her critics attacking her claimed Native American credentials.  Not so fast there Fauxcohontas.

[...] Elizabeth Warren can’t escape her Cherokee heritage controversy even at this gathering of loyal Democrats, as a contingent of skeptical American Indian delegates — including the great-grandson of Geronimo — are inviting Warren to a meeting tomorrow to explain her ancestry claims. [...]

The Truth Squad from the Boston Herald  when down to Charlotte, NC, to interview the Native American delegates seeking to Pow Wow with Warren.  It remains to be seen whether Warren will meet with this delegation.  If I had to take a guess, I would say that Warren will have a very busy itinerary and won't have time to meet with this delegation of Native Americans, but will tell them, through a staffer, that she will be happy to meet with them at some later, unspecified time, date and location.

There is a process for enrollment as a Native American.  Each tribe has its own set of rules for enrollment usually found in the tribe's constitution.  See this link as an example of what goes into the typical enrollment process to claim Native American status.

[...] Geronimo’s wife, Karen, also an Apache from New Mexico, said she and other Indians carry an ID card as proof of their heritage, and believes every person claiming American Indian heritage should do the same. [...]

The Bay State U.S. Senate showdown...Let's rumble!

From The Boston Herald comes today's latest chapter in Elizabeth Warren's campaign to unseat Scott Brown (R-MA).

Elizabeth Warren's thug service was caught on video trying to intimidate a Mass GOP operative tracking and recording Warren's appearances and utterances at public campaign events. Democrat operatives do the same thing in the Bay State election cycle.

The difference between the two trackers is a matter of record.The Republican tracker was attacked on public property, which you will see on the first video. In the second video a Democrat tracker is on private property in a private forum. There is a difference. We report, you judge.

  

  

The Fauxcahontas Files: Scott Brown continues to pick up Dem endorsements

No one on the political right has confused Massachusetts Republican Senator Scott Brown with being a conservative.  That said, Brown's endorsements by prominent Massachusetts Democrats over radical liberal Democrat Elizabeth Warren is mounting and becoming quite telling in the polls.

[...] Republican Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown received the endorsement Thursday of former Democratic state Rep. Paul Casey, who cited Brown’s bipartisan credentials and willingness to work across party lines as the reason for his endorsement.

Casey is the latest in a series of prominent Massachusetts Democrats to endorse Brown over his Democratic opponent Elizabeth Warren. Former Boston mayor Ray Flynn, former Worcester mayor Konnie Lukes, and Medford City Councilor Rick Caraviello have all crossed the aisle to endorse Brown.

Brown currently holds a 26-point lead over Warren among independent voters. [...] 

Overall, Brown is leading Warren in the polls with a high single digit margin.  As more and more voters in Massachusetts come to realize just how radical a liberal progressive Warren is, they are moving toward Brown.  Whether conservatives like or dislike Brown, they need to keep their eye on Brown's strategic importance in the next administration.  Should Romney win, he will undoubtedly be in a position to nominate one or more individuals for the Supreme Court, since four of the Justices are or will be 70 years of age or much older, in the next presidential term.  Brown would be necessary to see a conservative be named a nominee.  Scott Brown is probably the best Republican that could be expected from Massachusetts, considering how liberal the entire state has been historically.  Better to have Brown, marginally moderate, than someone like wild eyed liberal Elizabeth Warren.

Is Elizabeth Warren Going Down?

One of my favorite political hacks to watch in action is the Cherokee Chief of Massachusetts, Elizabeth Warren. 

[...] On the same day a poll was released showing Sen. Scott Brown (R., Mass.) holding a 26-point edge among independent voters in Massachusetts, his Democratic opponent, Harvard professor Elizabeth Warren, appeared at a press conference for a far-left organization racked by scandal. [..]

Who would have known....a far left organization racked by scandal?

[...] On Tuesday, the Democratic polling firm Public Policy Polling released a new poll showing Brown leading Elizabeth Warren by five points, 49 to 44 percent. Brown leads Warren 58 to 32 percent among independents. He has also won over 20 percent of Democrats. 54 percent of those polled said Brown is “about right” ideologically, while only 27 percent said the same of the Republican Party.

Independents comprise 48 percent of Massachusetts voters.

“Scott Brown’s been able to hold up his image as a moderate and that has him in a good position right now,” Public Policy Polling president Dean Debnam said in a statement.

Warren’s unfavorability rating in the poll has increased 10 points in the last five months, during which time the controversy surrounding her heritage and academic career badly damaged her campaign while exposing voters to her left-wing policy positions. [...]

Although Scott Brown is anything but a conservative, he is the best hope for a Republican victory in Massachusetts for a six year term as Senator.  With a victory, Brown has the opportunity to exhibit a bit more independence from his campaigning.

Read the entire article to appreciate just how far left Elizabeth Warren really is.  If you judge her by the company she keeps and the money she accepts (think George Soros), she can only be described as a far left liberal.
