John Kerry Caught Criticizing Israel's Gaza Attacks on a “Hot-Mic” (My Left Foot)

by Elizabeth Nelson

So, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is supposed to be a “friend” of Israel and “stands by” our Alley now? Not even close. Kerry was overheard on Sunday expressing what appeared to be exasperated concern over the deaths of [Palestinian self-martyred, my words not his] civilians during an Israeli offensive in Gaza.

In the conversation caught on an “open-microphone” before an interview, Kerry made what seemed to be a sarcastic remark about Israel’s insistence it was doing its utmost to avoid civilian casualties in operations against Hamas militants.

“It’s a hell of a pinpoint operation. It’s a hell of a pinpoint operation,” he said during the call, which was broadcast on “Fox News Sunday.”

While out of one side of Obama’s mouth, he claims Israel has a right to defend itself from rocket attacks launched out of Gaza, American diplomats like this buffoon, and even Obama in his Israeli Op.Ed, have called on the Israelis to restrict themselves to a precise operation in the ground campaign launched on Thursday.

Now, in the light of push back, surely Kerry would like America and Israel to believe that he didn’t mean anything disparaging in his “hot-mic” comments, but I don’t believe for a moment that that was a “hot-mic” comment, but genuine dislike for Israel.   How quickly we forget his “Israel the Apartheid State” comment in April. I understand Fox seeing through his “hot-mic” excuse and believing that Kerry isn’t dense enough to think someone’s mic, in his vicinity, would pick up his comments, but when uber-liberal
Joe Scarborough, of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” throws the BS Flag, now we’re bordering ridiculous.

MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough and the rest of the “Morning Joe” crew expressed deep skepticism Monday morning that John Kerry’s open mic criticism of an Israeli operation in Gaza was really an accident — with one contributor noting that with Kerry’s decades-long history in the spotlight, “he’s pretty aware of what a hot mic is.”

“I think John Kerry has spent an awful lot of time in television studios over the last 40 years,” he explained. “He’s pretty aware of what a hot mic is.”

It’s typical of this Administration to lie, cheat and steal, but to do so with a plan, endgame and a reason behind it, and not just “by accident.” Just as Obama would not have put Kerry in the position he now resides if he was not of like-mind, position, or goal that Obama is currently pushing towards. So Kerry’s disparaging Anti-Israel remarks shouldn’t come as any shock to anyone, after his last Apartheid remarks, but are sadly ironic, considering his Jewish family background.
