Breaking News: Jon Corzine served with papers in MF Global civil suit

Fox News has just reported that Jon Corzine was served with a civil lawsuit in conjunction with his role as CEO of MF Global, an investment organization.  Fox reported that the process server handed Mr. Corzine the process papers as he left the House Financial Services Committee hearing for a recess and as he entered an anteroom.  Fox further reported that Corzine immediately dropped the process papers, which were then picked up by Corzine's attorney, who was following behind Mr. Corzine.

Editors Note: The coward  'immediately dropped the process papers'? What, does he believe in so doing he becomes the fucking Invisible Man?
