Bryce and Buffy Snodgrass of New Haven, Connecticut were the lucky winners. Their donation of $450k to Barack's reelection campaign sealed the deal.
The Snodgrass's claim selling their house in order to make the cash donation was worth every dollar it took to eat dinner with the Obama's.
Buffy says being newly homeless has been a difficult transition for her, Bryce and their six children, but she is keeping a stiff upper lip because as she told us, "Hope and Change Part Two will only come about if Mr Obama is reelected in 2012. Look at how many people have become happily homeless since he was elected and are going to vote for him again. He definitely has the country on the right track."

Their home was under water probably anyway. Nothing lost, dinner(os) gained. I hope they used cloth napkins, at least. You know, it's all about those feel good memories.
