In a very dangerous world filled with Jihadists, crazy dictators and thugs, Obama is neutering our military under the guise of the sequester. The federal government's reason for being, to protect Americans from all enemies, domestic and foreign, is being overlooked for social welfare programs to satisfy the radical liberal progressive left for social and economic justice in a vision of their Utopian world.
Daily Mail - The U.S. Air Force plans to ground about a third of its active-duty force of combat planes and the U.S. Navy cancelled the rest of the popular Blue Angels' aerobatic team's season because of automatic federal budget cuts.
The Air Force didn't immediately release a list of the specific units and bases that would be affected on Tuesday, but it said it would cover fighters, bombers and airborne warning and control aircraft in U.S., Europe and the Pacific.
Air Force officials have warned that such cuts could lead to the forces being listed as 'sub-optimal' levels of readiness, the Air Force Times said, also reporting the 17 squadrons that will stand-down...
The strongest military in the world is being systematically gutted to the extent that its readiness will be at sub-optimal levels. This condition only emboldens our enemies to challenge the hegemony of American power to keep peace in the world.
Meanwhile, social programs have exploded to the extent that more people are receiving food stamps than at any time in history. Disability rolls are also exploding exponentially to unheard of levels as general welfare rolls. Unemployment remains high, while we are still in the midst of the longest recession recovery period in history. The work force participation rate is the lowest in 50 years. More people have dropped out of even looking for jobs, while we look at the coming disaster of Obamacare on the not so distant horizon.
America is being destroyed from the inside and not from some foreign enemy. The enemy is from within and its name is liberal progressivism.
