If you weren't a fan of CNN polls, this will not change your mind and it shouldn't. Apparently the pollsters at CNN either have a problem with basic math or they have created their own "new math" as the basis for their polling computations.

[...] CNN reported yesterday that Obama holds a 9-point lead among registered voters. This is bad news until you realize the mathematical manipulation manifested by liberal media.
CNN reported that 910 registered voters participated in the survey, and 484 respondents plan on voting for Obama while 476 respondents plan on voting for Romney. That would make 960 respondents in total, so we must assume that CNN was referring to the general-population response of the 1,015 adults interviewed. Using these numbers below we can clearly see that they are just about tied. Do not invest your emotions in these polls labeled to represent the sentiments of Americans.

476/1015 = 46.9% – Romney

Being a bit of a wuss, I decided to take Statistics at my JC, instead of CS. Since then, polls have been a joke. Great numbers there. Thank you.
