Hillary’s Biggest Regret (guess what it is?)

This seems to be what Hillary is going for, in her interview at NADA, as she discusses her “Biggest Regret” being the “tragedy of Benghazi.” However, is it the tragedy of four dead men, or the tragedy that comes with the announcement: "Secretary of State culpability, Benghazi was avoidable"?
