recently entered into a contract to purchase 700 MILLION rounds of ammunition over the next four years.
I recently purchased a box of shells for my beloved 20-gauge shotgun.
I'll bet I bag more doves with my ammo than they do terrorists with theirs.
Then again maybe it's not terrorists they plan on hunting.
But what do I know?
I'm sure they know what they are doing.
