It’s the Pot Calling: Bill Maher calls liberals “useless Obama hacks without shred of intellectual honesty”

By Elizabeth Nelson

It’s always amusing to watch the Liberal Left turn on and devour its
own, this time it’s our favorite liberal leftist Bill Maher how is now calling liberals, “useless Obama hacks without shred of intellectual honesty.”

Talking about the NSA, This is exactly what they said they weren’t going to do,” he said. “Just, you know, be nosy and look into the lives of private people. … And I just want to say, if this were happening under Bush, liberals would be apoplectic. I’m sorry, but liberals are just sometimes useless Obama hacks without a shred of intellectual honesty.”

I hate to admit it, but I actually agree with him on this one.  He’s right, and not just about the NSA, but about any of the Scandals facing this president.  If this had been any other president in the GOP, the liberals would have been so incensed that he’d have been out on this arse by now.

Lying liberals jumped up, as if he’d stepped on their tails and they tried desperately to save their liberal lying face by speaking up to defend themselves: Democratic Rep. Donna Edwards jumped in and argued that she was indeed apoplectic over the surveillance, and that a liberal advocate was needed on the court that oversees NSA surveillance.

Liberal author Ron Suskind argued that government spying has greatly increased since President Obama took office and that Edward Snowden “had provided the goods to make the case that is real.”

“The question now is what we are going to do about it?” he asked, receiving applause.

Ironically, even in their own self-defense argument, they never once tried to validated or refute Maher’s point of, “Obama promised we wouldn’t the exact same thing Bush did, and yet we are doing what Bush did and more.” What’s even funnier still, and liberals can't see it, they credit Snowden for the “spying leak” when, wait, “Bush was [what?] spying on the American people?” Tell me liberal brain children, please, because Obama and Biden had already told you president Bush “was spying on your phone calls and emails;” so how was he doing this, with his vast intellect and ESP skills?

Obama - The Taliban Five May Attack us again - Bologna

By Elizabeth Nelson

Remember when Obama, said, "It’s ‘absolutely’ possible that released prisoners may attack us again"

“In terms of potential threats, the release of the Taliban who were being held in Guantanamo was conditioned on the Qataris keeping eyes on them and creating a structure in which we can monitor their activities. We will be keeping eyes on them."

Is there the possibility of some of them trying to return to activities that are detrimental to us?  Absolutely. That’s been true of all the prisoners that were released from Guantanamo - there’s a certain recidivism rate that takes place.

wouldn't be doing it if I thought that it was contrary to American national security, and we have confidence that we will be in a position to go after them if in fact they are engaging in activities that threaten our defenses.

But this is what happens at the end of wars.

That was true for George Washington that was true for Abraham Lincoln that was true for FDR. That’s been true of every combat situation. That at some point, you make sure that you try to get your folks back ...and that’s the right thing to do.”

All this phony on-again-off-again American Patriotism, from a Kenyan occupying president slays me. This idiot really believes that he can just release the five most dangerous men in the world, back into the world and if they happen to fall into that "recidivism rate" and relapse into the terrorism that they wear like an old shoe, he'll what, hit the "reset button" before they attack us?

So, after one of the Taliban Five has already come out saying they are going to kidnap  more Americans and continue their Jihad against Americans, the reaction at the White House of course isn't saying, “Ooops, we made a mistake and we need to 'go after them,'" but instead, "let’s send idiot Kerry out to defend our know-nothing emperor”:

Kerry strongly defended the decision to recover Bergdahl, amid strong evidence he deserted his post.

Yet, we left our men do die a violent death in Benghazi and continue to leave two Americans, a Marine in Mexico, and a Pastor in Iran, to be beaten and mistreated? What, no “fake patriotism” Gitmo or Federal Prison exchanges for them?

What if Waleed M. Shehri; Satam al Suqami; Wail M. Alshehri; Abdu Aziz;  al Omari Fayez Banihammad, Ahmed al Ghamdi, Hamza al Ghamdi; Mohand al Sherhri; Majed Moqed, Salem al Hazmi and Saeed al Ghamdi (all living 9/11 Hijackers) and Osama Bin Laden (if he were still alive today) were on the list of "to be released" for Bowe Bergdahl, would you still be in favor of the release of these prisoners for a [warrior for Islam] deserter?

We all expect the Republicans to come out with justifiable outrage and this lawless Emperor's action, but when even Diane Feinstein (D-CA) comes out and said, "...I strongly believe that we should have been consulted, that the law should have been followed and I very much regret that that was not the case....

Let me help you liberals with Frankenstein's translation; what she's trying to say here, in case you don't get it, we call people who act outside the law criminals.  Obama took a vow "to protect America from enemies foreign and domestic” not to protect the enemy from America.   However, his willful poor decisions have put our country in danger.

Make no mistake, we will see these men again, when they come back and continue what they started, thanks to this lawless man and his criminal act.

Liberal Gov't Idiot, Jennifer Psak: "Obama Doesn't Give Himself Enough Credit on Foreign Policy"

By Elizabeth Nelson

Sometimes I have to sit back, shake my head, and wonder what these libtards are looking at, when they are looking at Obama.  Surely they aren't watching the same man and the same events we are, they can't be. State Department spokeswoman Jennifer Psaki said Thursday Obama "doesn’t give himself enough credit" for his foreign policy successes – a delusional declaration that met with foreseen snickers from the reporters in attendance.

"Engagement in the World and taking on tough issues that present themselves" (like Benghazi?), "Crimea", "Ukraine, [he's] engaged as much if not more than other countries around the world", "Comprehensive Negotiations with Iran" If you listened to Jennifer Psaki, Obama is a master negotiator and his foreign Policies are that of a chess player.
Obama's foreign policy, a lead from behind tactic, is a dismal disgrace, as we watch Putin eat Obama's lunch at every world event, time and time again.

I love the reporters laughing and throwing around rhetorical questions, in the background, "Credit for what? I'm sorry, credit for what?" and the follow up question, "For what, yes, exactly? That's the point."

Crimea is part of Ukraine, and growing more volatile every day, we are all waiting for Iran to go nuclear, Israel has no faith in us anymore, he let 4 men die on his watch,  so tell me how exactly that makes Obama a huge "success" at foreign policy? Or is the "credit" she's talking about Chucky Cheese Token credits?

Ben Carson Gives Blunt Explanation Of Why The 2nd Amendment Is Vital, He's Right

By Elizabeth Nelson

I previously wrote a blog about Dr. Ben Carson's stance on guns, based on an interview he had done with Glenn Beck.

Obviously other conservatives and Second Amendment advocates have also raised their objections and, in the light of Dr. Carson's potential run for office in 2016, because he has come out and explained his view of the 2nd Amendment, some say he's "changed his view on gun rights" but has he really?  He sure sounds like a politician, if we read it logically, void of emotion, and read what he's not saying.  Read the CNS article and see if you saw what I did:

Did you notice, he would like us to now "discuss" what weapons we're going to use for recreational purposes and to protect ourselves? He'll go into a little  more detail a little later, and actually, Dr. Carson, we can buy a tank, if that's what floats our boat, as long as the gun as been rendered inoperable, and there is a market for it.

He continued,  “You do need to have a discussion about how we deal with situations where there is a tremendous amount of crime and easy access to the kinds of weapons that can create a lot of damage quickly. But that needs to be done in context of always preserving Second Amendment rights.”

So again, he's thinking about the semi-automatic weapons? But wait, hand guns were used at New Town, Aurora AMC24, and just recently at UC Santa Barbara, so is he going "discuss" the ban of hand guns too?

Again, we have another "politician-wanna-be," author, and motivational speaker that would sooner blame guns instead of looking at the bigger picture and the cause of the "tremendous amount of crime,"  or "easy access" of guns.  Ironically, no one wants to tackle our broken mental health system, just as they didn't want to touch our broken VA system, until dead Vets floated to the surface.  I guess dead children in schools, dead college students, dead movie goers, and so many more just aren't enough and we need more bullet ridden bodies at the hands of the mentally ill before we cry uncle?

Of course we don't see the Mental Health reform, that's too hard for them to do, but where are the gun-smart PSAs or coupons for the rather expensive gun safes, to keep the guns out of the hands of home invaders or children that may have bad intentions - have you seen any lately? Yeah, me either.  Let's not fix the problem, let's just be another fool blaming the tool.  While we're at it, let's blame pencils for misspelled words; forks for diabetes, heart disease and obesity; cars for speeding and drunk driving; and the pharmacist for prescription drug addiction.

I agree, we should always be concerned when the government tries to take our weapons away. A militia capable of defending itself was integral to the founding of our country, and it remains just as important today, and they know it.

So, as interesting as this is, coming from Dr. Carson, considering he has taken a lot of heat for his criticism for his support of some gun control measures, do you think this is this just a political double-talk to make himself look better for a potential run in 2016?

Obama's pathetic speech at West Point to the graduating class of 2014

by Rob Janicki

Another day, another blame game speech by a small man occupying the American presidency.  President Obama, in another pathetic speech, blamed everyone for his feckless foreign policy failures, including, in great measure, the George W. Bush administration.

Here are few observations by Mackubin Thomas Owens at NRO

President Obama’s speech at West Point was not so much an articulation of his foreign policy but a defensive response to critics. With the exception of some details, such as the drawdown of troops in Afghanistan, the establishment of a new Counterterrorism Partnership fund, and his new interest in Syria, there was nothing new in what he presented (and of course his Syria policy is an example of “a day late and a dollar short” — which might be the appropriate foreign-policy motto of this administration).

Oh and of course his apparently rediscovered belief “with every fiber of my being” in American exceptionalism. Always a critic of “false choices” in foreign policy — intervention vs. isolation, war vs. diplomacy — his speech was a recitation of one after another.

Obama is on record as saying the U.S. is not anymore exceptional than any other nation in the world, so his assertion today that the U.S. is exceptional, is merely a political means to cover up his true beliefs already on record.

Going on with Owens' observations.

And his risible claim that “America has rarely been stronger relative to the rest of the world,” that “those who argue otherwise — who suggest that America is in decline or has seen its global leadership slip away — are either misreading history or engaged in partisan politics,” surely evoked gales of laughter in Moscow, Beijing, and Tehran, and concern in Jerusalem, Tokyo, Seoul, and Warsaw.

In the past month, Lech Walesa, former president of Poland, essentially told Obama to lead, follow or get out of the way, intimating that Obama's fecklessness in foreign policy execution has caused the enemies of the western allies to take advantage of America's lack of leadership.  All one has to do is look to all Obama's failed foreign policy initiatives to understand why the world no longer trusts Obama or America to provide the leadership to face the tyranny and aggression of authoritarian dictatorships committed to the defeat of western influence in the world.

Finally ...

The president has repeated the tired refrain that he was not elected to start wars but to end them. However, despite his implication, wars are not fought for their own sake. Wars are fought to achieve some goal. The tragedy is that thanks to his fecklessness and predisposition to subordinate foreign policy to partisan politics, the purpose for which the wars in both Iraq and Afghanistan were fought will be lost.

Let's Just Invite the Taliban to View Our Strategic Military Planning for Afghanistan

By Rob Janicki

Another day, another asinine blunder by our incompetent president.  President Obama announced to the world what our withdrawal timetable will be in exiting from Afghanistan.  In the hills and mountain caves throughout Afghanistan, came the rousing thunderous sound of guffaws of laugher from Taliban terrorists.

Villagers have told reporters that the Taliban is now considering taking a vacation to restock and reorganize until U.S. forces pull out under the Obama timeline, at which time they will resume their terrorist activities in greater measure.  Okay, villagers didn't really say that, because they didn't have to.  Telling the enemy what your timeline for withdrawal will be guarantees adverse reactions from the enemy, but then again, how would Obama know that, since he has no military experience.  I guess that doesn't apply to a community organizer.

Seriously, this is just about as dumb a tactical or strategic move a Commander in Chief could make.  It is such an obvious political move to satisfy the radical anti-war left wing of the Democrat Party.  The greater problem is that it places more Americans in harm’s way going forward and all for a political move.

Meanwhile, Democrats try and provide cover for Obama's announcement by lowering expectations for Obama's performance as Commander in Chief.

Apparently, black men can't jump either...or maybe it was Barry's white side that FAILED shooting the J

By Correctamundo

Way to go, Barry - 2 for 22. And this from one of SI's 50 Most Powerful People in Sports.

Barack Obama
U.S. President
POTUS might be the ultimate global power player, but he also wields significant influence in the Republic of Sports. One relevant riff -- on his NCAA tourney picks, on his desire for a college football playoff, on his concern over permitting the sons that he doesn't have to play football -- and the sports world takes notice. Plus, the 51-year-old can shoot the J.

I think they meant he 'smokes the J'.

HYPOCRITE ALERT: Obama proclaims April as "The month to teach young people to budget responsibly"

By Correctamundo

You really cannot make this stuff up. I'm glad I wasn't drinking something at the time I read this or it would've shot out of my nose and all over my monitor. After reading it, though, I need a drink...

(CNSNews.com) - President Barack Obama, who has increased the national debt by $53,377 per household, has proclaimed April “National Financial Capability Month,” during which his administration will do things such as teach young people “how to budget responsibly."

Is this another EO or something? Or maybe an April Fool's joke proclamation from the day's namesake - His Imperial Fool?

“I call upon all Americans to observe this month with programs and activities to improve their understanding of financial principles and practices,” Obama said in an official proclamation released Friday.

“My Administration is dedicated to helping people make sound decisions in the marketplace,” he said.

"Together, we can prepare young people to tackle financial challenges--from learning how to budget responsibly to saving for college, starting a business, or opening a retirement account,” he said.

“My Administration continues to encourage responsibility at all levels of our financial system by cracking down on deceptive practices and ensuring that consumers are informed of their rights,” he said.

I'm sorry but I cannot stop laughing...actually my mouth is agape and I'm staring at the article in wild-eyed wonderment.  Apparently, I'm not alone.

Yeah, even Will Profit can't believe it.

When Obama was inaugurated on Jan. 20, 2009, the total debt of the federal government was $10,626,877,048,913.08. As of the close of business on March 28, 2013, the total debt of the federal government was $16,766,988,432,792.62—an increase of $6,140,111,383,879.54 since Obama took office.

That means that under Obama the federal debt has increased $53,377 for each one of the 115,031,000 households the Census Bureau says there are now in the United States. The president is required by law to submit a budget proposal for the next fiscal year by the first Monday in February.

Yes, I'm going right to the WH website to get all the information I can to learn how to manage my money more efficiently. I'm going straight to the pros - the U.S. Government. That makes as much sense as calling a plumber when you have a toothache. Dear God above, help us.

No, there's not a border problem: woman scales 18 ft fence in AZ while 4 Senators watch

By Correctamundo

Immigration reform should start at home, namely: our borders. You'd think that DHS, headed up by Butch Napolitano and her minions, would know if the borders are secure or not. They have no idea.

Immigration reform depends on a secure border. Nearly every lawmaker pushing reform, and certainly every Republican, stresses that the border must be proved secure before millions of currently illegal immigrants can be placed on a path to citizenship.

So far, so good. Until...

The administration [DHS} promised to create something called the Border Condition Index, or BCI, which would be a “holistic” (and a far better) measure of border security.

Time passed, with no BCI. “Nearly three years later, the department has not produced this measure, so at this hearing, we will be asking for a status of the BCI, what measures it will take into account and when it might be ready,” subcommittee Chairwoman Rep. Candice Miller, a Republican, said before Wednesday’s testimony. Getting BCI up and running is particularly important now, Miller added, because comprehensive immigration reform cannot happen without a reliable way to assess border security.

And here's where it all falls apart.

So imagine everyone’s surprise when Mark Borkowski, a top Homeland Security technology official, told Miller that not only was BCI not ready, but that it won’t measure border security and was never meant to.
“I don’t believe that we intend, at least at this point, that the BCI would be a tool for the measurement that you’re suggesting,” Borkowski told Miller. “The BCI is part of a set of information that advises us on where we are and, most importantly, what the trends are ... It is not our intent, at least not immediately, that it would be the measure you are talking about.”
Miller appeared stunned and practically begged Borkowski, along with two other Homeland Security officials who were testifying, to tell her what she wanted to hear. “I’m just trying to let this all digest,” she said. “We’re sort of sitting here, as a Congress ... At what point will you be able to give us something?”
She never got an answer.
And the questions continued, even by Democrats.
Even Democrats who oppose tying immigration reform to border security realized they were being played. “I would say to the department, you’ve got to get in the game,” said a frustrated-sounding Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee. “At some point, we’re going to have to have DHS work with us more concretely about the confidence of the security of the border.”

Rep. Ron Barber, the Democrat who replaced Gabrielle Giffords in Arizona, noted, “The Border Patrol rolled out last May a new strategy that didn’t have goals, didn’t have metrics, didn’t have a process for evaluation. That’s not really a plan, is it?”

Miller, the chairwoman, reminded the officials that the Department of Homeland Security could end up being the “stumbling block” to immigration reform. But the hearing ended with no hint that any answers might come soon.

They're not a stumbling block: they are boulders, built upon mountains of ineptitude, short-sightedness, and political expediency.

So let's now go to the border in Nogales, AZ, where our chief correspondent, John McCain, is conducting a tour with 3 other Senators.

NOGALES, Ariz. - The top Democratic and Republican Senate negotiators on forthcoming immigration-reform legislation toured the Arizona-Mexico border Wednesday, watching as U.S. authorities apprehended a woman who had scaled a border fence. They reiterated their commitment to strengthen security along the international line.

Whoa, John - what exactly did you see?

Just witnessed a woman successfully climb an 18-ft bollard fence a few yards from us in #Nogalespic.twitter.com/GnMwEeQwDB

McCain had invited Sens. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., Michael Bennet, D-Colo., and Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., to visit Arizona as Congress is working to craft new immigration reform legislation. The four senators are part of the bipartisan "Gang of Eight" leading the legislative effort.

Border Patrol successfully apprehended her, but incident is another reminder that threats to our border security are real

Let me take a moment to ask this question: What the h*ll is this 'Gang of 8' thing? Is this what our founding fathers wanted from our Congress? A 'secretive' panel that meets behind closed doors, deciding the failure or success of important national issues without AN OPEN AND HONEST DEBATE THAT WE, THE PEOPLE, WHO EMPLOY THESE CLOWNS, CAN SEE? We have enough problems with the regular open and honest debates we do see without having to add this spy vs. spy crap that goes on behind closed doors.

PHOENIX — Marco Antonio Durazo had been awaiting deportation from an Arizona detention center for six months when an officer came to get him from his cell.

“Obama doesn’t have any money,” the officer said.

“We found it very funny,” Durazo said, but it wasn’t a joke.

Soon, he was free along with hundreds of other illegal immigrants who were released by the Obama administration because of budget pressures. Officials have also scaled back border agent hours, drug patrols and staffing at border crossings — all during the peak illegal border-crossing season.

Let's be clear: it wasn't 'hundreds' - it was thousands.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Homeland Security Department released from its jails more than 2,000 illegal immigrants facing deportation in recent weeks due to looming budget cuts and planned to release 3,000 more during March, The Associated Press has learned.

The newly disclosed figures, cited in internal budget documents reviewed by the AP, are significantly higher than the "few hundred" illegal immigrants the Obama administration acknowledged this week had been released under the budget-savings process.

Does this administration tell the truth about ANYTHING? It really is a systemic problem and could be categorized as pathological.

The White House has said it was not consulted about the releases, and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has acknowledged they occurred in a manner she regrets. White House spokesman Jay Carney on Wednesday said the government had released "a few hundred" of the roughly 30,000 illegal immigrants held in federal detention pending deportation proceedings. Carney said the immigrants released were "low-risk, noncriminal detainees," and the decision was made by career ICE officials.

More about these low-risk, noncriminal detainees in a moment.

"Simply blaming budget reductions as a means to turn a blind eye toward the national security of the American people is a dangerous plan, and one that calls into question the department's preparations for sequestration," wrote two Republican lawmakers, Sen. Charles Grassley of Iowa and Rep. Bob Goodlatte of Virginia, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.

Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., who sits on the Senate panel that oversees the Department of Homeland Security, harshly criticized the administration for downplaying the number of immigrants released, adding the revelation "makes it less and less possible for lawmakers to have productive negotiations with the White House over a comprehensive immigration bill."

No frickin' kidding. Now back to those fun-loving illegals that are just being targeted for their skin color...

In February, 2,228 detainees were released and placed on supervised monitoring in an attempt to frighten the American people about the upcoming ramifications of sequestration. “I am trying to live within the appropriations that Congress gives us,” Morton protested. “Our single largest appropriation is for custody operations …. My view is we need to maintain the operations of the agency; I don’t want to furlough people.” So instead of furloughing administrative employees, Morton simply directed ICE to release illegal immigrants, many of them dangerous. While the Obama White House proclaims that these releases were not dangerous, Morton admitted that 30 percent had criminal records, and 10 percent had criminal records worse than one or two misdemeanors. That means approximately 200 relatively serious criminals were released. Eight Level-1 criminal offenders were released; four are still at large. Level-1 offenders are the most serious offenders.

Obama has no idea what dangerous means. Remember, he has surrounded himself with the likes of Chavez, The Muslim Brotherhood, Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn, and Frank Marshall Davis.

And how about these illegals that were released from Florida?

In what has been described as a purely political decision, the Obama administration canceled White House tours and the Department of Homeland Security released thousands of detainees ahead of the implementation of sequestration, all in attempt to make the public “feel” the effects of the forced spending cuts.

Why kind of sadistic loon is sitting in our White House? Excuse me - what kind of sadistic loon that is never at the White House is playing golf right now or on vacation?

But will this effort backfire on President Barack Obama from a public relations standpoint, with children being denied access to “the people’s house” and the American public being exposed to potential harm from the release of illegal immigrant detainees with criminal records?

Yeah, it'll really hurt him in the PR department, which is run by Obama drones like CNN, MSLSD, ABC, CBS, NBC....

This is particularly a question for Florida, where one-third of the detainees released last month have criminal records, the Miami Herald reported.

Seventy-six of the 225 illegal immigrants released in the state by Immigration and Customs Enforcement have criminal convictions, including two who were considered aggravated felons.

Perhaps Obamaramadingdong will reach out to these two personally as a goodwill gesture between countries.

'You know - if I had a couple of sons, they'd look like Jose and Pedro. And I'd hope that they wouldn't be judged on their skin color or their record. And I certainly hope I'm not judged on my record. Actually, I don't have a record yet since I inherited everything from George Washington and still have a lot of work to do. And my college records are sealed so that you can't judge me on those records, either. So basically, let me be clear: I will not rest until my next golf game. And in the spirit of the upcoming Cinco de Mayo celebrations that will occur across this country, I will be inviting these 2 for an authentic Mexican dinner, with entertainment being provided by Gangnam, Jennifer Lopez, and Beyonce. Of course, security will be tight - after all, these guys are criminals and I don't want my daughters subjected to that at their home. But when they're out in the general public, there's security in numbers so you should be fine.'

All joking aside, here's some interesting tidbits about illegal immigration that you might not know.

Illegal aliens crossing the U.S.-Mexico border will reportedly be given handheld satellite devices by Mexican authorities to help them survive their illicit journey.“Our intention is to save lives,” Jaime Obregon, coordinator for the state commission for migrants in Puebla, the Mexican state behind the project, told the London Telegraph. “There are lots of people looking to cross and we are working with the U.S. authorities to make sure they do not die on the way.” [...] WND.com

Twelve Americans are murdered every day by illegal aliens, according to statistics released by Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa. If those numbers are correct, it translates to 4,380 Americans murdered annually by illegal aliens. That’s 21,900 since Sept. 11, 2001.

Total U.S. troop deaths in Iraq as of last week were reported at 2,863. Total U.S. troop deaths in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Uzbekistan during the five years of the Afghan campaign are currently at 289, according to the Department of Defense.

While King reports 12 Americans are murdered daily by illegal aliens, he says 13 are killed by drunk illegal alien drivers – for another annual death toll of 4,745. That’s 23,725 since Sept. 11, 2001. [...]

I'm probably preaching to the choir with most of you reading this. And I really can't say anything more about how dangerous this Imperial President is and his far-reaching tentacles known as his cabinet. We see it daily on the news. Yet they continue to play Houdini with smoke and mirrors to try and get you to pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

Sadly, just over 50% of you do believe what's being spewed at us. Obama is asking you: "Who are you going to believe? Me or your lying eyes?" This line, ironically, is usually spoken by someone who's been caught lying and, instead of admitting it, says the evidence is wrong, as well as the person who's looking right at it.  Sound familiar?
